One of the distinct advantages of being a fully-integrated manufacturer right here in the U.S. is the sheer amount of eye candy we have on-site under one – well, several – roofs. This includes everything from state-of-the-art precision machinery to highly skilled fabricators manipulating quality raw materials to build our world-famous products. Although it’s rare, occasionally we even have the opportunity to show it all off.

Stacey David, the Host of Gearz on Velocity, paid us a visit recently and captured the art of turning raw billet aluminum into massive horsepower.

Many of you may recall that ProCharger is no stranger to Stacey as he has been a big fan of our blowers for years now. You’ll likely have seen ProCharger featured on various GearZ TV builds in the past including an F150, Polaris Ranger, Challenger and multiple Ram trucks. What makes the new episode, airing now on Velocity, so exciting is it was an opportunity for Stacey to do a deeper dive into the how’s and why’s of ProCharger production.

We don’t want to give away too much, but if you know Stacey’s work, you know he’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get right into the details on his builds – and his approach on site with us was no different. The next airings are scheduled on Friday, August 25 at 8:30 am EST on MAV, and Saturday, August 26 at 8:00 AM EST on Velocity, so set you DVRs.
