PROCHARGER, MAKING DRAG RACING FUN AGAIN IN 2017!
PROCHARGER RACERS ARE POWERING TO THE FRONT!
With fifteen major event wins since our last Racing Blog post in March, it’s shaping up to be another record-breaking season of Championships!
We often talk about the race winning horsepower that a ProCharger can provide; the kind of power that can be measured on the dyno, or on the racetrack, with faster times and trap speeds. But something we don’t always mention is the fun factor that a ProCharger can add to your race program.
You can’t technically measure fun… or can you?
Qualifying at the top of the ladder, “going rounds,” and especially winning the race are of course always more fun than “going out” in the first round or blowing up the engine in qualifying. When your car has the reliable power of a ProCharger, you are not struggling to be competitive or beating up your engine just to keep up. This kind of advantage will make it much more fun between each round of racing. At many events, we walk around the pits and see our racers between rounds enjoying their weekend and having fun! We can usually find our racers grilling burgers, cleaning the car, or doing basic between–round maintenance instead of tearing their engines down to perform major repairs like we see so often with the other power adders.
