Sponsorship Request Tips

We sincerely appreciate you are considering us to be part of your build. We wish we were able to sponsor everyone who wanted to represent us. Unfortunately, that’s not possible. We hope these helpful tips can assist you in building the strongest proposal possible.

WHAT INFORMATION WILL HELP YOUR SPONSORSHIP REQUEST GET SELECTED?

Like any other business expense, sponsorship opportunities are judged based on how they can help our business grow. Sponsorship proposals are essentially your plan for exposure on your vehicle, team, or program. The more effectively you can help us understand how your build will influence others to learn about the ProCharger brand and buy our products, the better. Of course, it is also helpful when you can clearly capture the essence of your program, your vehicle, and yourself. We recommend you spend the most time elaborating on the following:

Your plan for exposure. Go into lots of detail about any media outlets that will feature your build, the list of car shows or events you’ll attend, etc. We will want to know, with confidence, how many people will see your build and what interests this audience has.
Your social media stats. In short, this is not a straight forward decision, because not all social media audiences are the same. It is helpful to us if you provide your number of followers, your average (not your all time maximum) number of post likes/comments, video views, etc. But also providing context about the kind of content you share and the level of engagement you get from your audience can be even more helpful.
A link to pictures of your vehicle. Even if just a rendering, providing a link to a website or google folder of images helps us understand the state of the vehicle currently and where you plan to take the build.

SOCIAL MEDIA INSIGHTS

We understand that not all social media audiences are created equal. Some, more than others, are extremely passionate about upgrading and enhancing their own vehicles. When outlining your social media profile, if that is your main area of exposure, we recommend you describe:

– How many of your followers have active vehicle builds of their own?
– What kind of content do you typically share? Is it all automotive related, or is there other content?
– How long have you been posting content regularly on this channel?
– Can you provide an example of how you showcase a specific manufacturer’s part on your build?

OTHER TIPS

Remember, we receive thousands of proposals every year. So be creative, make them fun, think about how you can offer things that other’s can’t and always try to understand that the more value you bring increases the likelihood of your proposal being considered.

Your proposal will be reviewed and considered along with all of the other proposals we receive. Therefore, the more you can offer in your proposal, the higher chance you have of qualifying.
