DO EV’S FINALLY HAVE A COMPETITOR?
We can’t talk about 0-60 mph times without talking about EV’s. Yes, the Tesla Model S Plaid and the Lucid Air can run 0-60 mph in 1.99 seconds and 1.89 seconds, respectively. But they do so under ideal conditions – on prepared roads, ambient temperatures not exceeding 90°F, and fully-charged batteries.
In our testing, the ProCharged E-Ray yielded the 2.0-second results and tickled the 1.9 range with almost no effort. In other words, it did it on 93 octane, with no additives, 97-degree heat, and an unprepared average stretch of asphalt. In short, the ProCharged Corvette C8 E-Ray surpasses these supercars, justifying its reputation as the “Supercar Killer.” (NOTE: We didn’t even use “Drag Radials” but we know you will, and smash our times)

ProCharger quickly saw the potential in creating a boosted all-wheel-drive system for the Corvette, yes, you read that correctly! This groundbreaking setup marks the first hybrid-assisted all-wheel-drive system ever introduced to the Corvette lineup, and it was screaming to throw some boost at it. The result is a game-changing combination of hybrid technology and ProCharged forced induction that takes the Corvette’s capabilities to new levels.
WHATS UNDER THE HOOD?
Sporting a 6.2-liter V-8 engine, borrowed from the Corvette Stingray, generating 495 horsepower and powers the rear wheels via an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Up front, a 160-horsepower electric motor drives the front wheels, creating a powerful all-wheel-drive system with a combined output of 655 horsepower. But this was just the beginning!
Once they got their hands on it, ProCharger engineers went to work integrating the ProCharger system into this new hybrid-assisted drivetrain. By adding our ProCharger Superchargers Corvette C8 Low Profile System with our P-1X blower, they crafted an engine bay that’s as breathtaking as it is powerful—guaranteed to turn heads at any car show or track.
After incorporating the Low Profile System, ProCharger achieved remarkable performance improvements, with horsepower gains exceeding 230+ HP over the stock power numbers. This upgrade resulted in a staggering total of over 885+ usable horsepower, delivering epic power in a sleek and compact design.
