Track results don’t lie. We strapped a ProCharger to a 2018–2023 Mustang S550, hit the track, and loved the results! After a series of consistent, repeat passes, our best run was a 10.2-second quarter mile at 142 mph—on pump gas, in full street trim. That’s not a trailer queen. PROVEN POWER: OVER 315+ HP GAINS TO THE REAR WHEELS
So where does that speed come from? Our High Output (HO) Supercharger System adds over 315 RWHP (rear-wheel horsepower) to your Mustang. This shared drive supercharger system, which we were first to introduce to the market in 2015 and first into the 9’s (with a stock 5.0) in 2018, delivers big power with proven reliability—and now, with updated boost levels of 11–12 psi, it’s even more potent right out of the box. ProCharger kits are lighter than bulky roots and screw blowers—so you get better handling, easier installs, and a quicker ride. Why lug around extra weight when you can fly?
We’ve seen a lot of power claims out there—so here’s how to check the numbers for yourself:
- A stock Mustang GT makes around 380-400 RWHP (460 OEM crank HP rating)
- Add a ProCharger, and our dyno numbers were 720+ RWHP on pump gas
- That’s over 315 HP more at the wheels!
To estimate crank horsepower, divide RWHP by 0.85 (to account for about 15% drivetrain loss). That puts your Mustang at 850+ HP at the crank. It’s easy math—and it proves the ProCharger difference of real, usable power with street-friendly manners.
